FINISHING

We manage the finishing process through our trusted partners to ensure that your order arrives correctly and on time.

Anodizing A chemical process that forms a protective oxide layer on the aluminum surface, improving corrosion resistance and allowing for color customization.

Anodized Painting Combining anodizing with painting to achieve both enhanced protection and aesthetic appeal.

Buffing Polishing the aluminum surface to achieve a smooth, reflective finish.

Chem-Film Applying a chemical conversion coating to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion.

Heavy Etching Creating textured surfaces for decorative purposes or improved adhesion.

Military-Grade Finishes Providing finishes that meet stringent military specifications for durability and performance.

Scotch Brite Utilizing a non-woven abrasive pad to clean and finish the aluminum surface, resulting in a uniform matte appearance.

Stain Clear Applying a clear protective coating to maintain the aluminum's natural appearance while enhancing its resistance to staining and corrosion.

These services are designed to meet various industries' specific requirements, including aerospace, medical, lighting and interiors, and firearms.

From arranging finishes to quality checks, packaging, and shipping, we ensure your order is accurate, worry-free, hassle-free, and on time.
